Terms & Conditions

1. Services

Zavra ("we", "us") provides automation and software services under terms agreed separately for each project. The specific scope of work, delivery timeline, and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins.

2. Project delivery

Delivery timelines depend on the selected package:

  • Start — 1 week
  • Business — 2 weeks
  • AI System — 3 weeks

The delivery period starts from the date the advance payment is received and assumes timely cooperation from the client in providing necessary access and materials.

3. Payment terms

Payment is made in two instalments: 50% upfront before work begins, and 50% on the final invoice before delivery. Payment is via SEPA bank transfer. Work does not start until the advance payment is received.

4. Revisions

Each project includes one round of revisions within one week of delivery. Further changes not caused by our errors are billed separately.

5. Intellectual property

Upon receipt of final payment, all custom code and configuration created for the client becomes the client's property in full. Zavra retains the right to use publicly available tools, frameworks, and third-party integrations at its discretion.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all sensitive business information exchanged during the project. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.

7. Limitation of liability

Zavra's liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid for the project. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or failures of third-party platforms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved in Harju County Court.

9. Changes

Zavra may update these terms. For material changes, clients will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance. For new projects, the terms current at the time of signing apply.
